We have been holding a 4 day golf event annually for several years always stopping in at the turn to grab a quick bite. A couple of years ago we decided that it would be good to include daily breakfast into our event. Chef Hog was so accommodating. And the food was amazing. So, this year we decided to include a dinner. The food was exceptional. And, the Chef and his staff always take amazing care of us. Thank you so much for making our event better every year.

I was incredibly impressed with the atmosphere here. It’s very nice and enjoys an updated decor. I ordered the blackened salmon Caesar salad. The salmon was excellent. The salad was fresh and crisp. Instead of the Caesar dressing, I opted for balsamic vinaigrette. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody who needs a good lunch but is also watching their calories.

The best part of our experience was the view! Lobster bisque almost doesn’t has any lobster on it . They are using imitation crab meat . They had only one oyster choice and it had weird aftertaste. Just want to remind the name of the restaurant is chef Hog’s Oyster bar … The menu looks horrible was unpleasant to touch it .

Great food! Nice ambience. Beautiful view of the golf course. The menu selection is fabulous… burgers, sandwiches, tacos, salads, gyros and much more. You’ll also find a great list of starter items, we tried the mushrooms and the coconut shrimp. For lunch we had the brisket sandwich, salmon salad, lamb gyro and shrimp tacos…. We were all very pleased with the flavor and quality. The service was quick and friendly. Great job Boss Hog!

What a great place to eat. I was impressed. There are some excellent selections and choices for food. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus separately. The food was absolutely amazing. The wait staff was extremely impressive. The prices are reasonable. What a great opportunity to discover a new place. I would highly recommend you give these guys a shot. I think you’ll be impressed too.

Yeah, they deserve 5 stars. I had the Asian salad, and it was great. I love those crunchy noodles. My wife ordered the New York steak, and she won. I tried a few bites… very tender steak. We ordered 3 fresh oysters, and that’s not my favorite, but it was fun to try them. Our server was excellent. Very friendly.

Our first visit to Chef Hog’s. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was halibut pieces that were seasoned perfectly. The chips were crispy on the outside, tender and moist inside. Service was excellent.

Honestly, I cannot remember if I ever had worse food than in this restaurant. I wasn’t able to eat anything from my order. The fish and chicken died for nothing. Oysters wasn’t good either. And I have a question. Do you think it’s a normal oyster presentation? I would never go to this place again.

Ya know, I am sitting here on this beautiful patio living the absolute dream. Our server, Toni, is about the nicest person (and best server) I think you could meet. This is a fantastic place and a real treasure for folks living in Desert Color, Bloomingville and of course Sunriver.
