My burrito was exquisite, the chicken bowl was Bomb, the Queso was Hot & Delicious, the guacamole was fantastic with fresh chips. i loved everything i had. The peppers, sauces, sour cream, and cheese. As good as all that was, the service that i received at this specific location is my biggest reason for leaving this feedback. The manager is definitely taking care of the people coming in to enjoy themselves. The staff is also positively serving customers well. i Appreciate them Greatly!

My burrito bowl was pretty good. It was the new al pastor chicken burrito bowl. Very consistent fast service and the staff were nice. Some tables could use resetting but the staff were busy attending patrons. They were in the midst of a little rush. Would recommend

I love chipotle. Slidell location is awful. Rude employees. Empty and out of half the food. Drink machine not working. My bowl was half full and cold. I never leave reviews. Save your money this place doesn’t care and it shows.

Keep wanting to give this location a chance, every time my family and I patronize this location we ALWAYS have terrible customer service! Tonight two young ladies working on the line were extremely rude to us . When first walking up to order we weren’t even acknowledged until we had been standing there awhile ( we were the only people in line) these two young lady’s had no respect for the fact we were paying customers while continuing to have conversations including profanity in front of my family(my son is 5yrs old). I honestly don’t appreciate the way we were treated tonight and wont be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I Definitely Would!

For 40$ of food I would hope there was more to portion size and less attitudes from the staff!! How staff gone catch an attitude because I want my food correct and Im getting what I pay for?? The crew that was there today as I’m writing my review better be lucky I ain’t cut up in that restaurant. People wanna make over 20 a hour serving food but don’t wanna do they job! Best believe I’m calling corporate on Monday! This store need a whole new crew! Every time I come in here it’s a problem!

We had a pickup order for my family of 5. My burrito was not bad but the fruit that came with my daughters meal was spoiled. I will post a picture. Do better with quality checks before someone gets sick.

Great food. The staff just seems to hate their job here. The cashier asked what I ordered and if I added guacamole as a side of guacamole sat atop my takeout container. She was very rude.

One of your staff members was extremely rude. The young lady with braids mumbled through my order and stated that there was no guacamole not would you like to wait for some she just wrapped my burrito up and slung it to the side..please train your staff better.

Went thru open door at 1042a.m. and was told by manager Ray (female) the store was closed. I told her I was there to pickup a doordash for Evan and she again said we are closed and looked towards the door. I left. Called doordash and doordash attempted to call the store. No one answered and doordash canceled the order. I was trying to pickup a already placed order and was told to leave cause yall opened in 3 minutes. That’s horrible for a manager to do.
