No soap in the bathroom it’s there but doesn’t work. Long wait at counter no hello or be with you soon. Lady before just got mad left guess she’d been waiting too. Finally got tired of waiting so I had to use kiosk which won’t give me a physical receipt. Ordered two of the skimpiest burritos I ever received. Basically three pieces of cubed chicken no other ingredients see pick. Not a very good visit. Had to ask for my cup. Just not good. Sorry

For the first time since this location opened about 6 months ago they finally got an order right first time. Also either they have new cooks or changed their policy on how to properly prepare a burrito or a taco. Honestly was best burritonive had at a taco bell in a very long time. Instead of clumps of beans and beef only in one end. Or sour cream only in the middle they actually had it spread over the entire 6 ton8 inches of the burrito. Imagine my surprise to get what I actually ordered. ( I swear this is first time since this location opened that I got exactly what I ordered. I’ve had to turn around at least a dozen times to go back and have them redo my order.) But today. Rightorder. And both burritos and all the 6 tacos were correctly put together. So here’s a attboy for you. Your streak of perfection. Is 1. Back in 2 weeks. Hope u make it to 2

This place don’t deserve one star. I’ve only been twice. An the first time I ordered a Cheesy gordita an it was undercooked, Stale an when I called the lady swore cheese don’t melt when hot. An when I asked for her name she told me it was Somebody. That’s right her name is somebody. Just stoped by an go a breakfast quesadilla it was cold still an cheese wasn’t melted again. Ur business will not stay opened long when customers are not happy and workers don’t have a good attitude about their workplace an not friendly.

Drive thru customers’ orders seem to have priority over counter customers. One will often wait inside while 10 to 25 cars will be taken care of. That is frustrating considering most of the cars arrived after your order was entered.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes watching everyone get their order and we still haven’t received ours. Line at the front is long and they’re refusing to help! “Please use our kiosk, I’m the only one cooking”. What a joke of a place. Luckily our order came out correct but they had added a crunch wrap we didn’t order.

The owner of this store must not be too bright. There is truck parking across the street from this restaurant and they refuse to open the lobby until 10AM. (Breakfast would only be served for an hour) I personally asked a car to get me one of their Breakfast burritos with sausage and bacon. It came with a tortilla that only had sausage and bacon. It didn’t have any eggs, cheese or anything else that a NORMAL burrito would have. I looked at this place online and they are not even hiring. (Fully staffed). All I can say is hopefully the owner of this establishment sells it to someone smarter and with more sense.

I ordered 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme (#8 I think) and a Burrito Supreme. They were the most sloppily made items I’ve ever received at a Taco Bell going back to 1980.

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible! Besides myself and brother there was only one other person in the lobby and he was eating. No one was in the drive thru. I stood at the counter for 30min waiting for someone to come to the counter. I finally got my food another 30min later and my food was cold and the chalupa bread was hard and nasty.
