I am extremely impressed if I could give them 10 stars I would, we have been searching for a good teriyaki place for a long time and our search is finally over…… We are thrilled to have a awesome teriyaki restaurant that’s close to our house there spicy chicken is actually spicy ,thank you manna teriyaki for making the best food my family has tasted in a long time and the portions are very generous, I have no doubt that all there food is equally tasty…..we will definitely be going back.

My fiance went to this restaurant, and surprisingly, no side salad is on the side like it used to be, but yet a picture shows it comes with a salad. That is false advertisement to public, and the guy says that picture is from 5 years ago. Then take it down from your photos of advertisement ♀️ ♀️ the Beef teriyaki does not taste the same. I will not recommend this place for anyone to come and eat at. If I can rate this, it does not deserve a one-star. It’s more like a -0 star.

Frankly I have not had this bad of a restaurant experience in so long I cannot even remember. Ordered my food at 4:55 p.m. and I was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I show up there at 525 p.m. there is a line. Wait for several people to get orders and order ahead of me in line. I paid for my food, discovering that the prices are considerably higher than the menu that you can order from online. Okay, covid and all, I thought it was understandable. Until I read the reviews online that their prices haven’t been changed in over a year. Strike one. The store clears out and I’m the only person waiting now, and the cook ask the cashier what my order was. I realize they haven’t even started my food and it is 5:45 p.m. strike two. I left to run an errand and came back in my food was ready. I had asked for hot mustard with my egg rolls, and asked again when I picked up the order if the utensils and hot mustard were in the bag and was told they were. Get home and there is no hot mustard in the bag, they gave me sweet and sour sauce instead. The teriyaki was chewy and the almond chicken was completely inedible like completely congealed. Strike three not worth the time don’t even bother. I spent almost $40 on two meals that were inedible

We ate there once and it was delicious. We really looked forward to eating there again. We just left after being ignored for over ten minutes as they prepared an order or two. No acknowledgement at all. Then a woman walked in, waited a minute or two and was acknowledged by the woman at the counter. Three times I called out “We’re ordering. We were ghosts. Absolutely rude!

Have decided to go here twice! Both times walked out with no food. First time worker said bo chineese and that was half the menue gone. Today i went in there waited in linr to order, the people infront of me got to order i stould at the counter 15 minutes before deciding to try my luck with mannas on lakecity way, where at least i know the food is good and they have some!
