Hot dogs were good. Fries were super greasy, soft and limpy. When asked if they could be replaced with another batch, we were told they can’t change it. Ended up throwing them away. Definitely won’t order again. Not going to spend money on subpar product.

10 empty tables when I walked in and everyone of them is dirty. The guys behind the counter had a hard time understanding the need to clean the tables. And also my request for a rag so I could clean them myself. But worse than really everything else was the delivery of a hamburger that didn’t match even the quality of the signs in the walls. For example. I asked for a burger that was medium rare. They should have left it juicy and tasty and not overcooked. What was delivered to me was an overcooked dry thing. I needed the water to go with the burger. My fingers were virtually clean after I was done with the burger. Juicy? Not in the least. The only thing wet about the whole Burger was the condiments. The bacon that was supposed to come with my burger was in horrible shape as well. Paper thin pieces of overcooked bacon. I just don’t understand how people can go here in like this place. Hopefully the Five Guys crew on staff on Wednesday night is the only problem. And hopefully that can be cured with some retraining. But until that’s done I recommend everyone stay away from Five Guys in downtown Redwood City. For the price you pay there is no value in the burgers as delivered.

The burgers, toppings, are all good. I tried the hot dog, it was ok. Free peanuts? I like the soda machines…made my own mix of soda and flavors.

I don’t often have the opportunity to go out for burgers. I am sure to ruffle some feathers but I really really like burgers from Five Guys.

Not the best value for my hard earned buck. Free peanuts is a plus. But for burgers that tastes almost the same as the burgers from other stores, their burgers should cost less. There was also nothing special about their fries. They need to step up their game and improve their taste profile.

A good chain restaurant. An excellent place to purchase fries by the pound.

Fries way too big for me. I’m not American though.

Solid, good burger. The lettuce wrap used an insane amount of lettuce, however that is par for places that have lettuce buns. Service was good. Overall, a solid choice if you need a semi-quick bite to eat.

not well managed. Manager or supervisor is overwhelmed with a few orders, have no supplies (eg cup holders) and started talking rudely. As for the food the bread was completely toasted with burned edges. The cashier lady was nice
