I live in Clearwater, fl. I know the menu might not be the same at every DQ. But driving to midland I stopped at many different locations. Not a single problem. But here I ordered a brownie with vanilla ice cream and fudge. Simple. We said no oreos. We get it We oreo, we get an attitude, we get a cold brownie that she grab with her bare hands. It kind of didn’t sit right for us.

I have often said that restaurants come to midland to die and this DQ is a prime example of why i say that… dont think i have ever received a correct order from them…. they messed up on a uber eats pick up on time and instead of taking responsible they blamed us and wouldnt do anything about it except clean up the order off the ground…

The young man taking our order rolled his eyes at almost everything. We actually asked him if he was tired and he just stared at us. We go here almost every week and always enjoy it. They young lady stepped in after he argued with my wife and took care of the problem but it is ridicules to have to be treated like an inconvenience.

Had to get lunch and waiting on Dairy Queen who apparently never have anything ready (first time thought it was just the one location but when it’s there different locations, come on) and don’t say anything til after you pay that you’ll need to wait for food even though you order in the drive through, And I ordered an extra thing of gravy which they didn’t put in but still charged for, and the chicken strips are tiny. See if there’s a McDonald’s and go there.
