This will be the last time I spend money with Pizza Hut. I would usually go EVERY Friday for dinner for my household but the quality of the food is absolutely terrible and the cost continues to rise. The fact they they think it’s ok to give below standard food and think you’ll just accept it is beyond disrespectful to the customers. This was a total waste of my money because the food was not eatable at all. The pasta was completely dried out to the point the noodles was hard and just a hard crust of cheese on top. The cheesy breadsticks was completely overcooked that’s why it’s so dark and cheese is completely hard and crunchy. I’m beyond disappointed this is ridiculous

I ordered a pizza for delivery a month or so back. The pizza showed up about an hour and half after I ordered it. The pizza was cold and very greasy. When my wife called back and told them it was late and cold the manager told her they sent another pizza ordered probably be the same scenario because they were so down on delivery drivers and staff. Needless to say we asked for a replacement on a later date. They said to call back and they will replace it when we wanted one. I just called back and they told me they have no record of it and they don’t know what I’m talking about and kept asking me to re-explain myself over and over again. I will not spend my money with him anymore and this is a Pointe in my review horrible service second time the stores done that.

People want maximum pay with minimum pay work ethic. Just order 3 pizzas, 1 was missing a topping another missing sauce and none of them were cut properly. Started going here about a year ago cause dominos is whack on this side of town. But in the past 4 months this place has gone downhill. The manager needs to get it in check or resign.

For a pizza place that is attached to a convenience store that is attached to a gas station, this was surprisingly good. My order was ready when I got there and it took less than a minute to get in and out (of the store — pulling back onto the street was a nightmare). I thought it was expensive at first, but I ended up putting most of it in the fridge and got five meals out of it, so it averaged to less than I go out for chicken. I got a plain cheese pizza (because good pizza requires NO toppings) and a chicken alfredo ziti dinner, both of which were pretty good.

So Pizza hut charges a delivery fee but the drivers use their own vehicles?? That makes no sense after delivery fee and driver tip you end up paying $38 for a $20 Pizza Pizza hut lost my business for ever there are plenty of other Pizza places out there.
