The first time I went in here a few months ago, the customer service and food were great. The past month or two customer service has gone down hill drastically. The middle aged white waitress is rude and likes to make fun of people for just ordering spring rolls and then proceeds to get the order wrong. Also, they apparently have a problem with making fun of people if they are above average in weight as well. Management needs to do something about this asap.

Egg rolls were my favorite, got the chicken and broccoli, with fried rice, I can see were people can hate on this resteraunt, like the bland rice and the canned carrots, I actually thought the food portion was a little small but it was alot of rice and I did get 3 eggrolls, overall good

Simple menu with various meat choices. Basically you pick 1, 2, or 3 meats. Pink sauce, duck sauce packets, soy sauce and hot sauce (like siracha) available. I had steak, shrimp, scallops and it was all cooked perfectly. The rice had veggies and it came with a side of carrots. We also tried the egg rolls which were typical but good and hot. We went on a week day afternoon so we had the place to ourselves basically. Food came out quick and hot. Good customer service. This place is very clean. Laid back atmosphere. We’ll be back.

Food was what you expect at bad mall food courts. Carrots taste canned, egg rolls taste frozen. Asked for hot mustard and we got Guldens spicey brown mustard. Wings were fatty and greasy. They went straight to the trash. Frozen tv dinners are better. Won’t be going there again.

Been 3 time dine in. Best was 1st time. Went down hill from there. Food is not the worst but service sucks. Last dine in experience it was explained by my wife she wanted veg, chicken no rice no carrots. She was given mushrooms, chicken, rice and carrots. Made the second time and was correct but I was finished before she received hers. Last time was carry out. Simple; rice, soup and vegetables. Opened at home and rice, soup no vegetables. Not worth the aggravation to go back. Worth the ride to Fuji in Spartanburg or Duncan.

Rice is bland and NOT fried. Just mixed in a pot. Small serving for shrimp. and two frozen spring rolls for 2.99? And apparently don’t know what shrimp sauce is. Had two tiny packets in my take out; one soy sauce and one duck sauce. Will not go back. Threw the menu away that I picked up.
