We waited in line 10 minutes at the order window. And had already waited 20 minutes in advance of that. There was no apology for the wait. Then they were out of ingredients for the blizzards we ordered. Like didn’t even have chocolate soft serve ice cream at their location…??? I would have given another star if they would have at least apologized for any of the issues. They acted like I should have just known they don’t offer common ingredients. I wish I could have the 45 minutes of my life back that were wasted going to this DQ. Will not be back.

If there were a negative star- this place gets it! Wow! Absolutely filthy! Fly strip hanging over the front counter directly over the liquid peanut butter can and some type of strawberry or pink colored…. Yuck.

lobby closes at 9:30 pm. 8:30pm rush comes, and an employee locks both doors before a line of people can come in. the entire staff is like 16 years old. had to drive 15 minutes because the other dq is also terrible service. completely disrespected, dont expect to stay open if staff is disrespectful and snotty. staff finally unlocks doors in out face and said nothing.

Went there last week and person helped me in drive thru and had a good experience. Went again and their hours say drive thru is open until 10:30 and the 5 workers inside ignored me and when I drove by a lady was standing right there next to cashier. You should really train all your workers to either answer or change your hours cause it doesn’t seem like they’re aware according to other reviews as well.

I went and ordered 4 meals 7 dollars each. They had me repeat my meal 3 times and told me the total is 47$. They didn’t know why but was going to charge. So I had to leave with no food.

Run by high school students that don’t seem to know what they are doing so called shift leader couldn’t figure out where my order went we waited 30 mins for our food after the girl at the counter screwed it up not happy about this dq!!!

I always have issues with Dairy Queen. I used to love this place even worked Is there for a while. So I know what it’s supposed to be on the Burger. They gave me cheeseburger patties instead of quarter pound patties and shows basically charged me $12 for a double cheeseburger. They also put the wrong bacon on it supposed to be jalapeno bacon And they didn’t toast my bun so when I got home it was all soggy Not even 8 minutes from where I live. I Worked at Dairy Queen for 2 years so I know my memory what this opposed to look like. Try to call phone is off Voicebox is full probably full of complaints from other customers. You want your money’s work don’t come here.
