Food was cold. Ordered loaded Mac and cheese, what I got was barely a hint of Mac and cheese with nothing on it. I was annoyed before, but now I’m angry. I counted 4 spoonfuls using their own spoon. That works out to more than 1.25 per spoonful! I could see the bottom of the bowl before I even touched it. You can see for yourself in the photo I’m attaching…

when I order a salad and ask for no bacon i would think the woman would have gotten the order right, she was so much into our car but this sandwich they just grab a handful in a ball threw it on this is unacceptable

I’m not sure if Arbys is cutting back to pay Ving Rhames salary for the commercials, but it seems like more and more lately the gumption of the sandwiches are getting worse. I stopped going for a while, thinking it may have just been the particular crew. But it appears it’s not just the one location. the Reuben used to be sandwich used to be a sure bet, for when you wanted something to eat, and then something for later because it was so hearty. That apparently is not the case anymore.. 2 maybe 2 1/2 slices of meat – folded over to “appear” like more – then more sauerkraut than you can possibly image being on a sandwich. The name should be changed to “cabbage with meat accent”

It never fails. I stop by here on Tuesdays occasionally for lunch mainly because they have somewhat healthy options. But everything I ask for they are currently out of. They’re always out of wraps. They have no salads, or they have no turkey for a gyro. I’m not sure why management never orders enough food for the week. But that’s always the excuse… they are waiting for the truck every Tuesday. How about you just order enough to get by until the delivery. It’s really aggravating after waiting in line. Just to be told you can’t get anything you’d like to order
