Food is usually very good to excellent. The Colombian empanadas with the spicy sauce are some of the best I’ve tasted in Miami and the delicious thin crispy plantain with the sides is their trademark dish and well worth the visit. Other dishes like the ajiaco (a Colombian stew) and the fish filet covered with coconut milk sauce are solid choices that merit repeat visits to this place. Like many other restaurants, the pandemic and manpower shortages have taken a toll on the quality of service, but everyone seems to be having those problems. The couple of servers working still manage to be friendly and get the job done under the circumstances.

BEWARE…this place is including the tip to the whole bill. WE as costumer decided HOW MUCH TIP we give depending on the service given…including the tip in our bill is abusive…even if you mention it in the menu is not acceptable. Pay your employees well and don’t put the burden in your patrons……

Very disappointed with the customer service that they have absolutely rude and not kind at all. I went with my baby and I felt discriminated because they absolutely ignored me and they couldn’t bring a high chair for my baby I had to go get it. They didn’t even ask if I was ready to order they had me waiting over 15 minutes. I don’t recommend you to go to this place if you have kids because it seems like they are not friendly with baby’s. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. The only good thing they have is food but besides that they must change the way they treat customers and be more polite

Came in today at 2:15 pm. Was the closest thing today from the office I left. The place doesn’t look bad. There was two tables paying and we were the third table in there. The drinks took a second. We ordered natural made juices. We ordered an empanada and 2 choclo arepas con queso. For us being the only table in there I thought we would get things pretty quick. After he took our appetizer order he came back to take our food order. We ordered the lunch specials of the day and a seafood dish. The appetizer took about 12 minutes which was wierd and made us annoyed that it was taking so long for what it was. As soon as we got the app the server let us know if we wanted to get our food.(instantly after getting the choclo arepas. And we were very hungry so we said bring it. The food was pretty decent not gonna lie. But just the service in general was very poor. Especially since they had two other people in thier doing nothing but walking around. Maybe the manager and his wife? At the end of it all the food is over priced with poor service and even more poor management. Won’t be coming back but recommend you just order the meal and not an app cause you will get them at the same time.
