ordered 2 Greek gyro online and called right away to add my extra sauce on that gyro , but my order came with no extra sauce when I called the shift manager ..he mentioned he was the one picking up my call so he watch them make it with ex sauce so he’s sure I got everything I suppose to with extra sauce , i felt very offended understanding he’s indirectly saying I lying or making it up , here is the screenshot of the actual sandwich , let the customers who watch these reviews decide who’s making it up or lying .. very NON COURTEOUS , regret making that order , never going to recommend this store to anyone for sure

I used the drive-thru lane, then parked and ate in the parking lot. The service times were short, and the wait for food was just 1 more minute. The exterior and parking lot were very clean and in good repair. The food was hot, fresh and complete. I highly recommend this location.

Made an online order and paid online, all I wanted was a shake which costs about 5 dollars. While ordering on the app for the first time, I saw a deal for a chicken sandwich for 50% off. I was thinking what a deal. When I went to pick up my order, the shake machine was broken and I was told the store couldn’t give me a refund because the order was placed online. He offered me a lemonade but I wanted a shake. So I spent my entire lunch time plus extra time trying to find a way to get a refund and all I could find was a complaint form and a number to the store which wouldn’t give me a refund. So I entered a complaint and they kept my money. Thanks Arby’s! Great system!

Ordered two beef and cheddar plain for 7 dollars, they told me I cnt do that because that’s just a classic roast beef. So they wanted me to pay more money instead of letting me get the 2 for 7 deal. I left now they don’t get my business. Wouldn’t go back here on a dare, the empty parking lot should have made me realize this location was junk.

Every single time I order a cheddar and roast beef sandwich they literally give me nothing but meat and bread at least 6/10 and I thought it was my fault for ordering the classic roast beef but I know for a fact that I ordered the cheddar and roast beef bc I’m not a psycho who eats dry sandwiches plus there’s a $1 price difference incompetent staff how do these people get hired? If you don’t want to do something as simple as making my sandwich then go wash a car or stock shelves don’t make us suffer because you’re miserable!!
