I ordered specialty coffees for my wife and myself from the phone app in the parking lot outside the store, and by the time I walked into the store our drinks were nearly ready. Impressive! Unfortunately I don’t think they took the time to stir my iced coffee at all because the first sips I took through the straw were warm liquid from the bottom of the cup. Ah well, the staff were pleasant and the drinks were otherwise good.

Worst service on this beautiful Saturday with attitude by some members. Worst service ever. I ordered ahead and walked in and said, ‘I want it tor here’. That went unheard. The barista making coffee just literally dropped the coffee on the stand with no pleasantness. Worst service ever when I mostly do all my morning coffee and breakfast from here. It all looks like a bunch of high-school kids with no leadership in place. I will think twice to make a trip here again and may just go to Starbucks a few blocks away. Teen kids with attitude!
