Slow as hell. This location was ridiculously slow. I waited in the drive through for over 35 minutes. Food was decent. Staff is decent but not polite at all. They can’t figure out how to put a Mexican pizza in the sack without squishing it. Overall probably the worst taco bell around.

Rude employees, condescending when asking for more cheese/warm and to correct our order. When telling her one of the tacos was wrong we got attitude and when we went to show our receipt on the app she said she didn’t know anything about the app.

There is honestly so much I could say about my experience here. I made a pick up order to do in store pick up. When I went to the door, the doors were locked. I then I had to join the drive thru line. I’m not even exaggerating… I waited over an hour for my food. I got there around 1:20 and didn’t leave the line till 2:35. I honestly would have been there longer if if weren’t for the 4 or 5 cars that left the line because of the long wait. Once I finally got up to the window to tell them that I had a pick up order. They said they couldn’t find my name and I didn’t have one. I explained I was at the correct location and have the order pulled up onto my phone. They said they wouldn’t be able to make my food since they didn’t have it even if I showed them the order. They finally found my name and proceeded to tell me they no longer had Mexican Pizzas, which is one of the items I had ordered. I asked would I be able to receive a refund and they said no I would have to do it online. No one even offered if I would like to get something else to replace the pizza since I already paid for it. Anyways, at this point of waiting, I wasn’t even gonna try to argue or make a scene so I just said it was fine and continued to wait even longer to pull up to the window. Once I had finally made it to the window, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She had given me my bag of food. I checked it. I was missing 5 things. 2 drinks, 2 chicken chipotle melts, and a quesadilla (not including the mexican pizza I had already paid for). The only thing I had in my bag were tacos. I then waited even longer for them to cook my items that were missing in my bag. I finally leave and come home. My food and the wrapping it comes in are completely drenched. I’ll attach the photos below. I will no longer be coming back here. I never do these type of things because I’ve worked in customer service before. I’m usually a very patient person and can understand if there is a staffing issue. This was just too much and went way too far.

Every time you pull through this drive through you’re met with a warm greeting and friendly folks. They always have me leaving with a smile after a good friendly chat. Absolutely love them, they restored my taste for taco bell after they took everything good off the menu

Does anyone actually ever listen to what order comes through the drive thru? I spend $20 and the only thing I ask for is no lettuce on my soft taco, nobody actually listens and puts lettuce on every single one. But there’s no point in going back through to correct your order cause it’s gonna take an hour to move 5 spaces up. The worst Taco Bell you will ever visit with the current staff they have. Especially the night crew, oh my god.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but the people on the headset and the person at the window won’t look you in the eye or sound dead to the world. I can’t even eat half my order because of how soggy the taco is. I didn’t have time to go in to exchange, I’m on my way out of town.

This is the slowest “fast food” taco bell in the country! After waiting in line for 25 mins, I still had not ordered my food. I decided to write this review while in line. There were 7 cars in front of us. Three of them left without ordering and it still took half an hour to get to the menu to order.

It’s obvious they don’t care about you, your food or even themselves. Waits to long. Employees are on their phones and they short your oder and then when it’s brought to their attention I got a huge attitude like I’m the 1 that messed up the order. It’s also rude to bash customers in front of other customers. All of Jackson ms fast-food places are horrible lately cause nobody seems to want to work

The food was and is still terrible. I received a cold chalupa that felt like it had come out of the refrigerator. My taco was stale. There was no crunch or anything. The bottom was so soggy, and that’s exactly how it was when they handed out the window. I live 5 minutes from here, and it was within 3 minutes that I realized that my food was cold and stale. The line was already wrapped around the building, so I didn’t want to get back in line. The only thing that was good was the burrito.
