Food here is phenomenal. The Margaritas were perfect. We like ours with Tajin & fresh Jalapeños and they made them perfectly. The Anafre chorizo & queso appetizer was tasty, the Senor Gobernador pork dish was fantastic, and the Carne Asada Don Chuy was tender and yummy. The only item I didn’t care for was the rice. Their dishes were so amazing that the rice was really out of place. Highly recommend you give them a try and the prices were reasonable.

Moving to The Woodlands area soon and was looking for a new spot for queso, mainly. I’m pretty picky so I don’t like queso with anything in it. Basically, just melted cheese. Found it. Food was out quick and service was good. This will be one of my new go to spots once I move.

We love eating at La Cocina de Roberto for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our food is always amazing and we always have great service. Love supporting a sweet family owned restaurant! My husband loves the street tacos and I had the flautas today and they were delicious. Their breakfast tacos are delicious but I always get the chilequiles when we visit for breakfast. You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. If you’re looking for something light, the margarita fajita salad is delicious with the cilantro lime dressing!

We heard about this location and decided to try it and now we will be back later on in the future. The food was delicious and the server we had was great. The fajita was delicious and the torta is something you should try. Although I wish they would carry the large Mexican Coke which would be great.

This place has really good service, happy servers who are motivated to make a smooth morning and make you feel at home. Coffee refills were always available and the waitress were always there to assist. I will be returning for dinner later on in January 2023. Price was reasonable for todays food market and food was on my table in less than 8 minutes.
