RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! We got the 8 piece chicken bucket and asked if it was ok to mix original and extra crispy, we said yep that’s fine. Got home. There was 1 breast, 1 baby wing, and 6 over cooked dried ribs, NO LEGS!!!! The food was overcooked, and I’m not 100% all the ” rib” bits were even ribs!! Called the store, and the manager was rude and lied to me. She then put the phone down on the counter. After 10 minutes, someone hung it up. I went back to the store on Monday, same manager was there and she absolutely lied about being the person I talked to, and acted like she had mo idea what I was talking about!!! I have now called and talked to KFC customer service and am waiting on a call from their Corporate Office. Will NEVER go back to this store!!!

Ordered through GrubHub and received chicken that hadn’t been fresh in hours. It was literally inedible. I called the store and a rude male employee explained the food was fresh when it left and that Grubhub was responsible. The most pathetic customer service and horrible food. This location is a disgrace to the KFC franchise.

Spent almost $40 on 16 pc bucket Sun mid-afternoon 5/16. See photo. This is what we found in bucket when we got home. Clearly over cooked and oil has not been changed in a long time. Chicken was inedible! Very disappointing!!!

Manager is rude and will hang up on you. This place is like every other place anymore. Make sure and check all your orders before leaving in drive through. They will not answer phone either. Useless. I understand why they work in fast food. Not worth allowing them to work anywhere else. Nothing right about order. I won’t be back and if I have anything to with it anyone I know won’t either. When I called on September 29 at 7PM the manager was hateful and hung up on me. I called back and asked for district manager and was hung up on again. Food overcooked and inedible on top of being completely wrong. Manager on duty was rude as hell. And hanging up on me twice. Childish.
