Excited to try this Hardee’s for the first time, we got there weren’t any customers in line so we were hopeful we could get our food fast and head to work. Nope. 16 minutes of waiting inside, 3 cars in the drive through serviced, and we still waited. Left before our order was completed because we were running late. Unfortunately, the food was very greasy/oily to the point it leaked through the bag. Kinda gross. Food was not good and we didn’t eat it. Sorry to say but we won’t be back, and don’t recommend.

Best biscuits n’ gravy aside from Waffle House. I used to like McDonald’s, but then I remembered we’d always get Hardee’s as a kid so I tried it again and it’s so much better. The hash rounds are literally better than Chick-fil-A’s when you ask them to drain them well.

The staff was very kind and polite. Food was very hot and fresh. The store was very clean on the outside. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for food. I ordered the five-piece chicken tenders I had a $1 off coupon. I also ordered onion rings because they were out of the curly fries. The onion rings were really good. I don’t think I’ve ever tried your onion rings before. So this was a first. The chicken tenders were hot. My only gripe was there was a lot of that gristle in the chicken strips. Which you can pick around. But I don’t remember having the issue the last time I had them. But I was still recommend people eating at this location.

The shift lead was very curtios and resteraunt was super clean..just seeing someone with a smile on there face and not looking like they were in a bad mood because they were at work was a pleasant change from the norm at a fast food resteraunt..I will definitely be back

Haven’t been to this location in a long while. Know things are hard with staffing, etc. I ordered a pork chop biscuit and was asked to pull over to the parking lot waiting area since it was going to take 4 minutes or so – no problem. Five minutes later I got my food and didn’t check my bag. A sausage with cheese biscuit was in the place of the pork chop biscuit. This is why I haven’t been in a while. I understand things happen, but receiving incorrect items is consistent for me here.

This place is the worst. It’s never a normal experience, something is always messed up. I just went there because I ordered on the app ahead, get there and it say you guys closed 5 hours early. Your website doesn’t have an option for a refund, your phone is disconnected and now I have to come in tomorrow and hope I get my money back. For longest time I would come and you guys would be out of Hardee’s mid day. Like how, there’s no one ever there.

Went in to get a quick bite before work. After ordering and sitting down, I got to see how chaotic this place is. The workers were arguing with each other. A man wanted his money back because he had been waiting for 30 mins and still hadn’t gotten his food and had to go back to work. And they struggled to work the register to give him a refund. I also left without my order bc I had to go to work and didn’t want to wait and see them argue amongst themselves on how to give a refund.
