Our Delivery was supposed to be contactless and our driver Stephen walked on my porch banging on my door my husband answered and he said hey how you doing and Stephen said I’m not doing well its supposed to be contactless threw the bag of sauces on my porch and walked off…. when I called to say something about it they said in the background that I couldn’t speak to a manager and then lied to me that I didn’t get my order from there store.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Twice I’ve ordered here and they MESSED UP BOTH TIMES! The girl on night shift works slow as molasses, cursed me out because SHE messed up my order and took 10 mins of me in store WAITING for her to even make my pizza she messed up! The pizza I brought back was thrown in the garbage, she then told her driver to take that pizza in the TRASH and make the delivery! DISGUSTING! The manager will Definitely be getting a call from me tomorrow morning. And as a prior manager of Domino’s, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Went into store was not happy they asked for tip on machine considering I was picking up my own dam order second look at the barbeque wings they are heated up wings an they pour barbeque sauce over them they are not cooked in sauce like it shows on commercial an for the price I only got 7 for cripes sake the girl was very nice though

I ordered a pizza and I got the wrong thing and when I called them they said they’d bring me another one been waiting n hr called them 12 times and they hung up every time don’t recommend ordering from here they don’t even answer the phone after they say they gonna fix my order. The people that work here are very rude and apparently don’t know what they’re doing. Twice they have messed up my orders and I was charged for an item that I did not recieve. The delivery guy isnt that friendly either. When I called about the item I was charged for, the guy that answered the phone had an attitude and when I questioned him about his attitude he hung up me. I called back and another person answered and told me his intentions were not to be rude, but he was and still hung up on me. I asked to speak with the manager Kody, but he wasn’t there. I asked for the guy’s name who hung up me and was told they can’t give me his name. If you could order from somewhere else I would suggest that you do so.

I went to the Dominos in Palmer to request assistance to redeem a free pizza that had to be ordered online. I had a hard time navigating the website and requested assistance from the female staff at the Palmer Dominos. I sat there and asked her 2 times for assistance over the course of 30 actual minutes. She did not offer any help and eventually I left the store. I went to this location on Larry Holmes Dr. and was greeted by Tyler. Tyler helped me to redeem the pizza online in minutes after walking in the door. He was pleasant and friendly and the pizza was made fresh. Tyler is one of those people who believes in doing a good job and representing his store in a professional manner. The pizza was perfect and I had a great experience.
