We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The Best One Ever
Everything was as you’d expect as far as quality. Asked the person at the window if everything was in the one bag. She said yes. Pulled forward and checked, fries were missing. Stood at the closed order window in 100° weather with my receipt in my hand for several minutes while each of the 6 employees tried to avoid eye contact. Finally, one comes over, slams the window open, and in a rude tone asks if she can help me. I try to show her my receipt and say the medium fries weren’t in the bag. She rolls her eyes, slams the window and gets the fries. I say thank you to which she replies with a window slam. My other food was cold by time I got back to my car to go home. Just not a good experience.

Drinks have become outrageous in price now so I only bring my own now to checkers with the prices already jacked up on the food and the takeout cup basically cost less than 50 cents I know how it works I used to inventory them so jacking up soda prices becomes just too expensive burger king and Wendy’s don’t do that even McDonald’s doesn’t don’t do that u can still get a large sweet tea for a dollar

We ordered two $5.00 special meals. So the total should have been $10.00 plus 9%tax ,= $ 10.90. On driving to the window the male said $12.60. After my wife paid , I told her that’s wrong. She told the male and he said there wasn’t anything he could do. Then a black female came to the window stating the same thing. We asked for a receipt and she said she couldn’t give us one. It’s my belief they didn’t place the order in the system and pocketed the cash. Corp. was notified but nothing will come out of this except we won’t be back.

The food and service was great all the way around. The fried mushrooms were delicious. Everything we received was hot and fresh. It was a few min wait but he had over $35 worth of food.

Wanted to sit outside and enjoy our meal. As we were walking up there was a couple in front of us who got served out of the window then when it was our turn we were told that we would have to come through the drive thru because they only had 1 cashier. There were 5 people total working. Will definitely not be going back.

Food was as it mostly is, AS IS. We ordered 4 of there 5 dollar meal deals, and it’s a great deal. But they make u buy ur dipping sauce for ur nuggets, they don’t even let u get one with ur 5 dollar deal. So we had to buy 4 little honey mustard packs at .75 cents each.

The service was terrible. The lady had a bad attitude. She got upset because I changed my order from a small fry to a large fry. When I got to the window she gave me a medium fry and tried to tell me it was a large because she was mad. That was very unprofessional. They are unprofessional and the service was terrible at that checkers.
