Horrible. It was 10:30 in the morning and only 2 people were in line behind me. Inside was empty. The lady told me at the drive thru to hold on. I waited and waited for 10 minutes. Nothing so pulled up (no one in front of me) to the window and see two ladies chatting it up inside. She FINALLY comes to the window and says she is sorry and was just running around. Took my order at the window and tells me to pull up because they are making it fresh. Wait another 10 minutes. Lady comes out and forgets my drink so goes back in to get it. I look at my lage fries and they are almost empty and there is a mix of cold fries and curly fries mixed in that looked old and disgusting. I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait around so I drove off. I’ll never be going back to this place ever!!!!

Never will I go back to the Arby’s in Safford az again waited at the drive thru order box. For 30 minutes after they said they will be right with us. Don’t have time to be sitting at the place all day got stuff to do. The management needs to get stuff situated or don’t be in the food business if they can’t run a restaurant.

The night crew does a great job i give them 5 stars hasn’t messed up my order. I went threw the drive threw the general manager abbie seemed distracted while taking my order and missed an item charged me for double meat on both sandwiches when I said only on one of the sandwiches. I stated what I wanted clearly and by name and price I feel she could’ve gave them to me for free considering I walked back in and she didn’t own up to her mistake. Being a general manager is taking responsibility and keeping your guest happy very disappointed in how I was told I had to pay after they made the mistake I been a cook and had to remake items I’ve messed up. We all make mistakes and rarely get chances to fix them she just seemed fed up and didn’t have a good attitude.

Update 4/27/2023: You wait 25 mins in the drive thru for a couple of meals and end up with fries only half full and the worst looking tomatoes I’ve seen at a “fast” food place. Prices skyrocket as the service and product gets worse. Unbelievable.
