I had a really well balanced toppings GREAT DELICIOUS pie from PJ’s yesterday-the best I’ve had from here since I only moved to Brooksville last year.. n it’s important to note that I’m an admitted Jersey “pizza snob” n I absolutely LOVE PJ’s!! I sometimes have problems with the delivery drivers n I’m made whole.. I’m not a big complainer but I give COMPLIMENTS when they’re due so I will call them once again n tell them how much I enjoyed it n I freeze a few slices n reheat in covered skillet n it’s just like it was fresh outta the original box

As others have mentioned, the garlic knots are fascinating and very appetizing. The pizza has very thin crust, so don’t ask for too much cheese or else the crust will collapse from the weight of glory. The sauce is balanced, not too sweet and not too strong. Perhaps the most important detail is that the cheese pizza is free of sesame and shellfish cross contamination, so it is safe for people with those allergies

Ordered a meat lovers to go and the toppings were pretty much all on one side of the pizza when we got home (spouse picked it up and didn’t check it while there). When picking up a slice, the cheese and toppings slide right off. The flavor was good however. We live 20+ min away. If closer, I would have returned it but not worth the extra drive and wait.

I am absolutely head over heals in love with this Pizza, if you want a great tasting Pizza at a great price look no further, This place will make you rethink how a great Pizza should taste like. PJ’s Brick oven Pizza will not disapoint you. Highly recommended.

We ordered for the first time tonight and it was great! The pizza crust was perfectly cooked, the perfect amount of sauce…we are super impressed! We also tried the Parmesan garlic wings. Also perfectly cooked and crispy but not dry. My 9 year old said they’re the best wings he ever had! This will definitely be our new pizza spot. If you like New York style pizza and crust, this is the closest thing! We got 3 large pizzas, wings and a sandwich and it was ready super fast! Can’t ask for anything else! Highly recommend!

Just got home from picking these up. Super Dry! No sauce! They just taste and look old! $16 for 10 wings it was definitely not worth it! So sad because we don’t live far and it was beautiful and clean when I first walked in. Wanted pizza instead I got wings and was highly disappointed. Maybe just a bad day to go and get old wings. Maybe i’ll try them again and see…. Will keep you posted on how that one goes.
