I recently took my family here to get some food. I went in and started to order, the guy was very rude and told me I have to call and place my order. You can’t just walk in and order!? Since when?? I thought this was a fast food restaurant. After a long wait when I finally got my food it seemed old. The burgers were dry no ketchup, no onions and no pickles. The nuggets were very hard to the point where my son couldn’t even eat them. My family was very disappointed, I would not recommend this place at all.

With it being 91° & 95% humidity, my wife and I stopped to get a beverage and cool down so we stopped at McDonald’s. After some debate we decided to stay in the car and go through drive thru . It was a little busy, but they addressed our requests in good time. We received our order and was glad the beverages were not watered down. There is a drink syrup to carbon ratio not everyone does. Not enough syrup and it tastes like a cheap club soda, and too much and you might as well pour it on your pancakes it’s so sweet. The staff were great, they were cheerful and upbeat and even through the heat and humidity they were attentive to our requests. There appearances were professional. They should take the employees in the Old Town, Maine restaurant to train other McDonald’s restaurants in their area, who are severely lacking in all areas mentioned based on prior experiences.

No wonder you don’t have any employees. Boyfriend was supposed to have an interview at 10am. He introduced himself and told them why he was there. He waited a half hour an no one came to do his interview. You can’t open on time because of lack of employees. DUH! Conduct some interviews!

My breakfast experience here has been nothing but sub-par. Between asking for a dr. Depper both at the drive through speaker and at the cash window when asked and still get a wrong drink, to the drive through worker being rude when i asked why it said “add cheese” on a sandwich and they responded with “i can just put it back so its not as cheap if you want”. I understand having some mistakes as we are all human, but this is literally every other stop that there’s some issue. Would not recommend stopping here for breakfast.
