Awesome bbq! Didn’t expect to find bbq this good in Washington but this place is great! I had the full platter of pork ribs and they were the best pork ribs I’ve ever had, including in Texas and the south. Their sauces are awesome, and their sides were great. My wife had the chicken and even it was good. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a ten out of 5, I’d be giving it an 11. Wow. I was so impressed with the portions and authentic bbq. The excellent brisket and potato salad I ordered was back at the table in like 2 minutes. My wife ordered the pork ribs and she was amazed. She graciously offered a few of the pieces of swine before i grabbed them without consent, because they looked, and smelled awesome, and I never eat pork.

We had the Pit Master which includes a full serving of all their different meats and coleslaw and potato salad and pickles. It was absolutely AMAZING!!! You also must try the cornbread and the shotgun shells!!

Food was delicious, good options and came out fast. Service was phenomenal, Nicole was a wonderful server and made sure to check on us often, offered us great advice on menu items and was friendly. Very cute place! The vibe was great and I liked the style of the entire restaurant.

Was very disappointed with the food we received. The price does not reflect the quality of meats we received. We ordered the pit mast platter and 3 drinks and the total came out to over a 120. The brisket was the only half decent thing we had. Mostly due to the fact that it was full of fat and being prolly hot held for a while. The chicken we received was inedible, dry, under seasoned and over cooked. The ribs were about the same but the rub they used actually had some flavor. Everything else on the platter was nothing special but wasn’t nearly as disappointing as the meat we got. Drinks were fine, and our server was very nice to us. All in all I don’t think we’ll be returning. Sad cause there’s not a lot of places in the valley to get food on Tuesday 🙁

Had a wonderful dinner with out of town visitors last night! Love the menu, we all had different items and all of us came away super satisfied. Our guests claimed their cocktails ( Fiery Old Fashioned) were the best ever! Well done 1908!!! Looking forward to eating our way through the whole menu! Glad you are here!

Great selection of different sorts of barbecue. Menu is a little limited but not bad. Typically there’s five or six different kinds of barbecue sauce sitting on your table. Great liquor and wine and beer selection

So fast getting food out. We got the bacon wrapped appetizer (Shotgun Shells), I got a Cobb Salad, and my party had the big platter. Everyone loved their meal. It’s definitely a place to check out
