Best authentic Mexican food around. The shrimp tacos and chicken burrito was flavored perfectly, and oh goodness do you get ample amounts of food. This is now our favorite for price, flavor, and the inside was clean, well decorated with great music. Did I mention their breezy outdoor patio?! Go and check it out. I’d love to hear what you think!

We sat outside. Very noisy from trucks without mufflers and some a hole on a race bike, but weather was really nice. Street corn was not on the cob. They have a kids menu. I had syeak and shrimp was very good

Horrible, Horrible food! Bland no flavor along with the service. No one knows what their doing. Order was never written & wrong food came out, plates hot flash, but food cold especially the dry rice. Margarita had jalapeños in it. The chips & salsa guy slam them food down on the table like he hates his job. The drinks are watered down & the waiter never smiles. I don’t know how people patronize them. They won’t be open for long if it doesn’t get better & don’t ever ask for a Manager, because no one knows who he is or he’s on a break away from the facility & their is no assistant manager. You want bad food, chipped plates & poor customer service go there.

We ate at Azul restaurant on a Saturday night wait time was only 15min. I had the rice and bean and Seafood Enchiladas . The seafood enchilada was okay. I think it would have been much better with just the scallops and shrimp sauteed in the onions and green peppers. I also had a Piña Colada, which was okay. Nothing to brag about the whip cream made it worthwhile. Atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

Azul is a wonderful Mexican restaurant located in Summerville, SC. Their hospitality was fantastic and their food matched the service. We got their fried calamari to share and the freshness along with the taste of the sea was awesome. If you don’t share this it could be a meal itself. My husband got the steak and shrimp with grilled mushrooms and onions. His sides were steamed veggies and Mexican potatoes. They complimented the dish so well and made it savory with every bite. I enjoyed their Azul bowl with chicken. There was the perfect ratio of ingredients in every bite and I love how juicy the chicken was. For refreshment I ordered a mango margarita and my husband tried a Mezcal. Be careful because the margarita is quite large. The mezcal was perfectly balanced on flavor and smokiness. Had a blast, sat outside cause the weather was very nice. Waiter was really polite as well as everyone that came by our table. It was getting busy but I would say my experience was really nice for the first time. I plan to take the kids back soon!! Oh the fajitas, the one with everything it’s the bomb. If you’re local or just in town stop by and get some Mexican food!!!!

Cinco de Mayo was our first time here. Parking was not an issue. We arrived like an hour before closing. The wait time was about 20 minutes. We had the Azul bowl, Chimichangas, Calimari, and drinks. Their salsa was amazing, and we are not salsa people, lol. Everything was hot, freshly made, and tasted really good. Nice vibes inside and on the patio. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Azul is a nice date night, family night, girls night or solo night spot.

I can imagine how live this place is on weekends. It was finally our first time here. We were so happy. The chilie relleno is what us Californians are use to. Very good chorizo beans . My tortilla cup of soup was BIG. #DINNINGWITHDARRELL
