Came in for a quick bite, after moving back to town recently. I was incredibly impressed with the service. Attentive and helpful, but not hovering or overly focused. The food, though! SO GOOD! The Supreme Nachos are as enormous as they are delicious. I had a street taco that was really tasty and my friend had a combo with soft shell tacos that were “juicy and packed full of flavor”! The food is fresh and the staff are friendly. Whether you’re looking for an inexpensive a la cart meal, a meal to share with a friend, or out for a fabulous dinner, I definitely recommend Si Senor 2.

Excellent Mexican food for lower prices than other places! I got the burrito grande for $10. The waiter was nice. Also their baby seat is the best we’ve had in the area, some places the baby seat is old or broken, this one was new, plastic, and the strap was easiest to adjust. I think the atmosphere is more casual and low key than other places, but we don’t eat out for the decorations lol. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I were in Coralville and wanted Mexican food without having to go to North Liberty or Iowa City and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. I had the Mexican Flag enchiladas and my boyfriend had the Si Senor Fajitas. Both meals were delicious and the prices were very reasonable as others have said. Staff was attentive and very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Honestly this has probably been the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to around the area. The food was amazing and the prices were super good too. They didn’t have options for tap beer but not really an issue. They only had one flavor for margaritas but again that wasn’t an issue either. ESP because our food was delicious. The cheese dip was good too. The food is very well seasoned. Rice was 10/10

Ordered with uber eats. Food tastes good and quantity is also good but there was a metal string inside the food (guacamole, salsa, sour cream mix). I have no idea what this is but it could have been really dangerous if my kid swallowed it. Please watch out.

We had a very delicious lunch here. The carnitas were flavorful and my wife’s Chori Pollo was very delicious. There’s extra flavor in everything. Even the guacamole tasted better than most. I highly recommend stopping by to support this local business. Very worthwhile and not overly expensive Mexican restaurant in Coralville.
