I decided to give this place another try after a not so nice experience with terrible service a year or two ago. I’m glad I did. While the atmosphere isn’t the greatest, the food is very good. The best local Indian restaurant IMO. Their Coconut naan is unique and delicious. I’ll be back again.

I called ahead. They told me they were busy but they’d save a table for me. I got there and there was one table left. Good thing I called ahead.

Food is good, the service is satisfactory but not overly welcoming. During dining hours when the buffet is not available the restaurant tends to be quiet. The tables glass covering/linens are sometimes visibly soiled from previous customers which is the only real complaint. It’s a nice spot to stop if you’re craving Indian food but not meant for a “date night”. The naan is very good and they offer a fairly large variety of traditional Indian fare.

Food was good. Ordered the chicken Tikka masala and it was very creamy. Some of the creamiest I’ve had. The flavor is indeed different at every place we visit. The naan bread was very fluffy. Would come back here. I missed the buffet but would like to try.

Excellent food and service. The food was very good but when I asked about soup being spicy, they said no but I thought it was spicy. I would come back!

For the Albany area it might be good but compared to really good Pakistani restaurants it lacks the taste. On the pricier end as well. Maybe other items are good but the chicken kabab was not that great.

These cats crush it. My daughter is more of a connoisseur of this cuisine than I am, and she swears this is the absolute best around. And, to top it off, the staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, courteous and professional. Don’t hesitate for a second to check it out. One suggestion: when ordering for pickup, it will be to your advantage, and theirs, to call it in as opposed to doing it online. The only drawback to this restaurant? None really, except I have to drive from Rotterdam to Latham every time we’re in the mood for Pakistani-Indian food.

The BUFFET IS BACK! And better than ever. Waited since Covid for them to bring this back. Thank goodness!

ordered samosas, Rogan Josh, naan and kheer. Not great. This may have been the worst Rogan Josh I’ve ever had – and I’ve had it from a lot of places. It was a mustard color and Rogan Josh should be deep red. When I opened the container, I actually thought they accidently sent me some kind of soup. It was basically cuts of meat, peppers and tomatoes in flavorless broth. I will say, the lamb was extremely tender. Samosa, kheer, and naan were nothing to write home about.

Food is excellent, price point is good, and wait staff is attentive. They were out of some menu items and the booth seat was loose.
