As a Pizza Hut manager or store owner, one would think that pizza sitting around to long prior to pickup for delivery should not be served to a customer. Apparently this store manager thought ‘Send it out. IF they complain, maybe we will offer an apology at that time because we are too big to fail’. From order to delivery was 1 and a half hours. the driver was at my home within minutes of him picking up the order. So you can’t blame him.

No way to modify or cancel orders on the app. You can’t even call the store to order a pizza. It sends you to a call center that’s not even in the US. They couldn’t understand me well enough to get my address. I’ve never had so much trouble ordering a pizza.

Pretty good service and good food too! The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great. The staff here was also very helpful and patient to answer questions we had regarding our online order which was really appreciated. The service is always really fast teach time we eat here. Always good and hot. Had a problem one time and the manager was very nice and made it right. All of the staff are nice and courteous. Remember to tip your driver, they work hard to get you your food so you don’t have to go out!!!
