This location has consistently gone downhill. Today around 2pm we had a mobile order. We arrived 4 minutes earlier than our expected pick up time. We pulled to the window and a male employee asked for the name and then said come back in 6 minutes and shut the window. When we got our food the kids side of chips had 4 single chips in it. The burrito bowl and kids tacos were seriously lacking in meat also. I’d go to the other location on 192! The staff and food is much better!

The spirit of service is ALIVE at Chipotle Palm Bay! The facility was exquisitely clean, Chris took my order in an extremely polite and engaging fashion, and all staff appeared to be on their toes ready to serve and delight with a smile. Will definitely come back, worth driving from Satellite Beach (past the Melbourne location) for this experience. Thank you Chris and team!

Saturday afternoon around 1 and it was pretty busy but moving fast. I ordered 2 bowls with the new pollo asada chicken. I liked it quite a bit. Had a nice flavor and you could certainly pick up the cilantro and lime. It was a little spicy for me but I do not tolerate spicy very well so probably fine for most everyone else. My husband said it wasn’t spicy at all and added some jalapenos for a little heat.

Really sucks when you order two bowls to go online. Grab food at window with closed bag, drive to the destinations to finally get to eat only to find out there is no plasticware in bag for us to eat the two huge fully packed bowls. Had to embarrass ourselves and go inside and ask customer if they had plastic forks, so we can enjoy our lunch warm definitely not hot anymore. No napkins either.

Terrible service. The employees working the night of 6/18/23 do not understand how to treat paying customers. Very rude and condescending to me and my father on fathers Day. Made us two bowls, and threw them away in our faces then proceeded to tell us that they didn’t even work there?? Just weird.

I ate a burrito here 8/2/23. And immediately got the worst food poisoning ive ever had. This is the second time ive eaten here, and the second time ive gotten sick from it. Last time it was a stomachache, this time my limbs are week and a day later i feel even worse. I couldn’t even sleep from it!! Its a shame because i enjoyed the food!!
