The owners are amazing people! Their servers are amazing and so are their cooks!!! Phenomenal customer service in a lovely dining room which also has eating outside. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the BEST chicken alfredo in my life here, highly recommend, show this place some love ❤️

We live locally and are so happy to have such a great restaurant so close to us. My husband and I dined on the back porch , wow what a view! I had chicken alphredo, it was excellent huge portion best I’ve had. My husband had a rib eye and he always orders rare + . We have been very few places that got it right. This chef got it right!! Literally everything was amazing at a fair price for what we got. Wait staff Mike was great. Can’t say enough good about it really. Very happy to have them locally. Cave wait to have the in laws up to take them out. Thanks to the chef and wait staff

Awesome views, great service by Jack and great food. Our drinks – Piña Colada and old fashion were super delish and to find a great tasting piña colada can be a challenge but this was amazing. The feta artichoke dip was super good and great chicken Alfredo. We fished it up with a yummy cream brûlée.

We had the best experience ever here at Kallisto Restaurant and Lounge. We started out with drinks at the bar with Lucy our bartender, she was absolutely fabulous. After being seated our server Carissa was very knowledgeable and suggested the broiled trout and chicken Alfredo. After ordering and going with her selection we sat and enjoyed the most amazing views of the mountains and ambiance of the restaurant and surrounding views. Our food arrived and to our delight everything Carissa suggested was absolutely delicious and mouth watering. I honestly was blown away with how we were treated and waited on, I would suggest this restaurant to anyone wanting a fabulous meal with the upmost service. We will definitely make this our once a week date night go to restaurant. Thank you for treating us and everyone like VIP!!

We have eaten here several times since the opening and the food and service is always amazing. Neither my fiancee or I have ordered anything that was not delicious. The owners are always present and working along side their staff to create the best experience possible for their guests. I highly recommend the trout cakes as an appetizer. They also have a dish made with zucchini noodles which I love to see as I can enjoy a low carb pasta dish.

Me and my wife stopped by Kallisto for some drinks and appetizers. The food and staff were wonderful. Drinks were on point. Had the Picanha and trout cakes appetizers which both were delicious. Ended the night with some creme brulee which was also amazing. Beautiful views while having drinks or eating diner.
