The staff’s service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. While I was dining in I witnessed a diner who was being extremely rude and unreasonable. She wanted a small portion of stir fry broccoli without the other vegetables. The staff was accommodating and had the cook make it for her right away. She took a few bites and complained that it was too hard. The staff immediately notified the cook and he was going to cook it more for her. Within a minute, she started raising her voice, complaining that it was taking too long and she wanted her money back. Every staff that dealt with her was so nice- honestly, they had every right to tell her to get lost. It was frustrating to watch what they had to put up with, but they did it gracefully. I hope they see this and know they are appreciated!

Panda Express as a chain of restaurants does not disappoint. The food is good with a variety of selections. This Panda Express in Hawaii Kai is always crowded. The staff is welcoming and helpful (also quick to move people along). The restaurant is an open layout with high tables to eat. It is designed for the quick eat.

#Grateful Tim & Kahi they were doing an awesome job luckily I showed up when timing was perfect right before the dinner rush you will not be disappointed with this location close to Costco tonight they are having live music with dancing on the stage Outback next to the harbor outdoor tables right on the water one of the secrets of the island I’ve been here over 3 years and tonight was my first time experiencing it I’m never leaving Paradise always discovering new things I think Island fever is for someone that will not be happy anywhere Mahalo forever

This is the best panda I have ever been. First all, they have eggplant&tofu! That’s my fav vegan plate! Staff is really welcoming! I see people ordering soup, so I ordered one. And that’s the best hot and sour soup I have ever had!!! And chef came by and ask how we liked the food! The soup is a special on at this location. Thank you chef Su!

One of the best & cleanest Pandas; hard workers, very polite and welcoming atmosphere. Would have offered them 5 stars if not for the fact that they often combine leftover food trays with the fresh ones. Having hard-rock dry rice in my plate is definitely unacceptable!
