Was told I had to “wait” when we pulled up to the drive through. Took 15 minutes for them to actually take my order. Then was asked if I wanted to donate to “the hospital”. Which one? Even if legitimate donation, phrasing it like that seems scamy.

When this Panda Express opened, we did not have a great experience. I called that day and management did not care at all. Last week my husband convinced me to go back again. I ordered veggies, and they told me 5 min. I waited for 15 min., and I had to ask for my order because they forgot. The best thing was that the place was almost empty and they were looking at us all the time noticing that I didn’t have my food yet. Not coming again.

I went through the drive thru, just moved to Haslet and Panda Express is always my favorite. The customer service is very sterile and off putting, the girl in the window rolled her eyes at me for asking for a water. And she answered “sure”
