Not a fan. Ordered a salad bowl with steak, barely any greens at all and the sauce was so hot it was not edible. You could see the bottom of the bowl so little content. Tasted fresh, but definitely not worth the money. For the same price I could have went to Caliente and gotten an amazing salad packed with extras and meat. Such a bummer…..

Charged me extra for guacamole on a veggie bowl. They were also serving old food that looked like it had been sitting for hours! I tried to pick what was some what decent. Even they chips were soggy and stale! Disappointed.

We arrived approximately 1145 and to my disappointment I was served chicken that was old and dried out. This was very surprising considering they were only open for an hour. The guest behind me also ordered a chicken bowl and asked if there was any fresh chicken available after observing the unacceptable remains presented to serve. The manager on duty told her it would be about 10 minutes. The guest waited patiently and then when the bowl was prepared the food was cold. The guest requested another bowl since they did not have a microwave and asked if she could just take the cold bowl home. The manager informed her that wasn’t an option and then proceeded to discard the cold bowl of food. The actions spoke volumes but not nearly as loud as the body language and lack of customer service being rendered. I had an appointment to depart for so after witnessing this experience I felt it was best to skip the repeat and just leave the feedback as an opportunity for improvement.

Awful. Picked up my bowl STEAK bowl and it’s a drive through so i didn’t have time to open it and check if my protein was there… When i got home there was no steak in the bowl. Didn’t even bother to give me another protein at the least… and i payed full price for it. And the food barely has any flavor. made poorly…

Ordered a salad bowl for 4:30 pick-up, got there at 4:33 and the bowl was cold by the time I started eating it. Maybe some people like it that way, but I like my chicken, beans, rice and bell peppers hot, not room temperature/cold. Serving size was good, but they forgot to provide a fork and napkins. Definitely room for improvement at this location.

If I want the good stuff come in at least 3 hours before closing because if you don’t the food has been sitting there longer and you will get a stomach ache. This is also the only location that will not provide the free tortillas on the side with your meal. Also, the cleanliness is a bit questionable. When I asked for sour creme on my bowl, there was lettuce and cheese that had fallen in the sour creme…no one took it out and I was served with all the fallen food that was in it. Thankfully I could tell that it was recently and that it want old. I just took it. However, I do think that they could have their food lanes a lot more cleaner and tidier. The food was still very delicious. I would have to try to order through their drive thru one day. I have not seen any other Chipotle that has this feature. I’m also glad that this Chipotle is close to my place. It is still a huge plus to have a Chipotle close by.

When you hear that sizzle, that is your chicken or steak turning into shoe leather. A Carne Asada burrito is steak with guacamole, NOT rice, beans, and lettuce with a few pieces of shoe leather. There are better options out there besides Chipotle: Do yourself tastebuds a favor venture out and explore for your local authentic Mexican Cuisine.
