The food here is pretty consistent and never bad. Be prepared to wait though…..hours sometimes. Once your seated and ordered the food will take another hour to get to your table. This day, in a mostly empty restaurant took an hour and a half to eat. Very tipical.

Wow! Bought a meal last night that was sub par from this Cracker Barrel. Just called to speak with manager, Melanie, about my concerns and waited on the phone for 12 minutes b4 she came to the phone. After explaining my issue, I was told that she packaged my order and nothing was wrong with it last night. I disagreed. She told me to send the images to corporate office. I will do that AND share them with the world! All this for a $10.99 meal?? The customer service is lacking at this establishment. The manager should be embarrassed. Look at the images. Just horrible! Smh…

I love the food at Cracker Barrel. I love their meatloaf which tastes homemade! My daughter loves the fact that Cracker Barrel now serves adult beverages! I also like browsing through their “country store”. I have purchased many things there. I also love all of the candies and decorations and other things that represent days gone by.

Usually a great restaurant. Waitress took order within 5 minutes of sitting. We were in center of restaurant she passed us numerous times. 20 minutes later she brings our drinks. We noticed people coming in after us, sitting near us ordering food, finishing their meals and leaving. 1 hr later our food arrives. My steak was black tasted like the garlic cap came off on my steak. My granddaughters chicken was so dried out she couldn’t eat it. (For her to pass up food it must of been bad.) I honestly believe waitress forgot to put order in. I could understand if they were short staffed, or busy. The restaurant was not busy numerous empty seats. This was a horrible ending to a night out with the kids. I shouldn’t have to run to a fast food restaurant because children are hungry after i pay a mini fortune on meals that we couldn’t eat.

We were EXHAUSTED after spending all day at Promedica for my dad’s surgery. Came here around 8pm and we were treated SO WELL and the food was amazing as CB food always is. Server was great, brewed me a fresh pot of coffee and kept it coming at a time when I really needed it. Awesome store, great service. Didn’t feel like we were rushed out after closing which was nice but we did try to get out of their hair anyway

Like everyone else I was looking for the Halloween witch, I gave them my name and number and they said if it comes in we will give you a call. They called me back 2 weeks later and had one, I told them thank you so much but I had found one at another cracker barrel. It was so nice of them to remember me and hold one for me. I do appreciate it! Everyone here was kind and professional, class act service! Will definitely be calling if I need anything in the future. Thank you again and I hope everyone has a fantastic day!

If I could give it a zero I would. Horrible service. After close to an hour wait and seeing two tables that were seated after us, order after us get their food and finish eating we still didn’t have our food. Our waiter disappeared after getting our initial drinks and taking our order. We flagged him down for another coffee and he just said someone would bring it. We finally flagged another waitress down who got our coffee. Still no check in from our waiter. When we finally saw him we again had to get his attention. Asked when our food was coming as at this point it was an hour. He got snippy and said he didn’t know why we were “coming at him” and that he doesn’t control when the food comes out. We told him to at least go check as we needed to get on the road home. He rolled his eyes and went to the kitchen. Came back and said our order “must have gotten lost” as it never got turned in. Said he’d put it back in and would comp the coffee. We told him no thanks, at that point we left as we needed to get back on the road and couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. He just said ok and walked away. On the way out I spoke to a manager who didn’t seem to care and just said “ok”. We’ve never had bad service at any Cracker Barrel before and it’s our go to place for breakfast while traveling. We were highly disappointed in this place.

As an Ontarian, when visiting the states, Cracker Barrel is always a MUST DO. Love the menu and love the store. Had to wait twenty minutes for a table and this gave us the perfect amount of time to pick up a few unique gifts for family back home.

The food was good, but I guess since we were later in the evening, were out of several things. They did a pet peeve of mine. When I got my salad I ordered, the container of salad dressing was placed on top of the salad, in the bowl. Since the containers are fingered several times, I Will NOT eat a salad presented this way. I feel it’s a terrible thing for a restaurant to do. Our waitress was nice, but kept forgetting things we asked for, but did eventually get. It was ok experience.
