My five is for the taste and quality of the personal pan pizza and friendliness and knowledge of the employee. This location does not have in store dining, so orders are to-go only and obviously no salad bar. The manager let me know the Bedford Pizza Hut still has the buffett.

This pizza hut is one of the most disgusting food establishments I have ever been in. Every surface was visibly dirty. The entire kitchen smelled like cigarette smoke. Food quality is absolutely bottom tier. I’ve been disappointed by pizza huts the past few years but this is the final straw. Never again.

The staff here was extremely nice and really cared about the customers, the staff made sure too apologize about any wait even if it wasn’t but s very short wait, and there were several othor people there along with myself and everyone else seemed pretty happy too. I personally believe this is one of the best customer service focused workers I’ve come across in my entire time traveling around.

I’d rate them even higher if I could! I haven’t ordered from this location in years because the last time I did the pizza was just awful. I was hesitant to order tonight, and at first I was really disappointed. I got a message saying it was out for delivery, and it never showed. I’m patient as can be so I waited almost an hour to call and tell them it hadn’t come yet. I guess the doordash driver that came for it(they don’t have a driver) took it because it never came. They sent out a manager to my house with my order and a free 2 liter for an apology! Food was fresh and delicious, will definitely be ordering again!

Last time I ordered the driver accidentally forgot some of our items which is okay I know things happen and I’m not a Karen. The manager was very apologetic and this time when ordering he made sure to give us a credit for our missed items last time. He was very kind. Will definitely be ordering again all thanks to him.

What can I say about the Franklin restaurant. It’s carry out or delivery only. The long ago dining area has been closed off to the public and is used for extra storage. The pizza is always good. The staff is friendly.

I’ve had issues with this Pizza Hut before but my most recent trip was a real let down. Let’s start: forgot hut favorite on my crust, pizza super greasy, breadsticks visibly well done and on the hard side, ice cold marinara sauce, and the marinara sauce was super liquidy (it’s not supposed to be that thin). Very disappointed, this would be a one star but the pizza taste pretty good when I let the grease drip off.

I did not see gloves on a workers hands who was handling pizza when I walked in. Requested a refund twice and never got it due to my perception of unsanitary pizza. I ended up paying for it because I didn’t want to reflect poorly on my employer- I was in my work uniform. Requested a refund twice and was told I would be refunded but I wasn’t. I’ve cut my losses and am not pursuing the refund. Also not returning to this specific pizza hut but will continue eating at others.

I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza and an order of breadsticks the night before Christmas and by the time it got to me it was cold the breadsticks were hard and the pizza was absolutely disgusting I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut twice before and I should have learned the first two times that things don’t change but the pizza was absolutely horribly cold and we asked for extra cheese there was no extra cheese it was just a very very nasty experience and for a medium pizza and order breadsticks it was like $33 so I will not be going back there ever again.
