I called in an order for two Big Ranch Baskets. I was advised it would be ready in 15 min. I arrived within 15 minutes. When I got home, I opened the bag, There were two burgers, two small bags of fries, a bunch of crumpled napkins with a large bunch of fries thrown on top. I called Burger Ranch, I spoke to the manager and explained my disappointment with the way the fries were just thrown in on top. She said, “Maybe they wanted to give you extra fries.” When I explained the fries were lukewarm, at best, she said they had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes! I reminded her that I was there within the 15 minutes I was told to be there. All the manager said, besides making excuses, was, “Have a good rest of your day.” Her cavalier attitude let me know she didn’t care that the food was not up to par. She didn’t listen to what I was trying to say, she only made excuses. I won’t be going back any time soon.

The food was great. But the service was bad. The girl that waited on us was very rude and disrespectful. We have always had good service there. We go there alot. But the new girl was not nice or friendly. I tried to explain to her about our order and she would not listen to me. She just said next customer. I was very disappointed.
