Customer service is something that most of the non-exclusive outlets forget to focus on, a bad attitude towards customers; the receptionist was distracted the whole time, prepared a wrong order and then had an issue when asked asked to correct it. This makes the experience quite worse even if the food is good, hope they improve it.

Experienced employees, really fast service. We had our food within 5 minutes. It was delicious as usual. Thank you for vegan/vegetarian Eggplant Tofu not every Panda Express location has it. We spent few minutes finding the restaurant because it is located inside the mall.

Ate for the first time at this location on March 12th. Fried rice definitely was left over from day before Ate at many other Panda Express in San Diego food was always fresh.

I don’t like Panda Express. The employees are always nice but the food is terrible. The rice and noodles are kinda stale or tastes like it’s been sitting out for awhile and I’m seriously not trying to over react but that has happened to me more then once. Their beef or chicken is okay but far from authentic.

I begrudgingly right this review. Because they already run out of the most amazing vegetables I have ever had in my life. I didn’t want to tell anyone But the green bean , Mongolian chicken, and bourbon chicken were so good that I have to tell everyone I’ll just call my order in early Thanks for the great service, clean family restaurant , and AMAZING food. OMG they even have theses tablets that you can get on while your there, Save me a seat y’all!!!
