Uncle Fred’s BBQ is a mobile food truck and catering company that was created in 2002 with the goal of providing some of the most authentic brisket, pulled pork, and award winning ribs in the area. We take a lot of pride in our food and BBQ is our life. Oh, and by the way we have some pretty tasty chicken.

Really cool people and really delicious food. We were so glad we stopped by. Always drove past them and rolled our windows down to smell the BBQ. Their collard greens….wow probably the best ones I’ve had

This place is not good. I have had it several times, fortunately only had to buy it once. Tasted like lighter fluid when it was cooked enough, couple times was still raw. Don’t get there before 1pm, not even 1 minute.

Absolutely incredible bbq, i stopped on a whim and i am so glad i did. The meat is tender, the sauce choices are all top notch, the prices are fair and the amount you get in each portion is insane! I haven’t had bbq this good in northern va EVER! Higjly recommended
