Love this place. It is literally cheaper to eat here than a fast food location. They offer a 3 for me type menu that starts at $10. It includes a drink, appetizer or salad, and entrée. We also signed up for their rewards program and I highly recommend doing that. We have already earned some points for free stuff. The service so far has been great all the times we have tried this location. Drink refills and speedy service every time!

Our visit was wonderful. No wait, pleasant staff, EXCELLENT food. However, it was hard to enjoy when the restaurant was arctic cold. Even my husband, who initially said it was comfortable, was cold by the end of the meal.

Such a great choice when taking advantage of their 3 for 10 dollars special. Since my company moved to Simi Valley, I started trying places here since we don’t have a fridge in the office yet. I had a reward to use for their 3 for 10 dollars special going so I was able to get my sirloin steak. For my sides I just got double fries and chips/salsa for my appetizers. I was bummed they didn’t have the Texas fries as an option. Ordering online and selecting curbside pickup was so easy. When it was my time to go pick up my order, I was the only one there probably cause I put in my order right when they open. This Chili’s location is shared with Costco so be prepare for the traffic inside the lot while going in and exiting. When I pulled up to the designated pickup spot, I sent a text that I was there and someone came out within 5 minutes to give me my order. The lady was very friendly and made sure I had all my sauces in the bag. I love their Sirloin Steak, keep in mind when you get your food that’s hot .. open the container a little bit so the steam escape and doesn’t continue to cook your food. My office is across the street so I didn’t have to do that for my food.

This places is my all time favorite, been going to Chili’s since 2012. Sure the menus changes, things come and go but overall the food tastes great and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Would recommend 10/10

I got a steak meal here for $25. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. It’s a chilis so it’s completely average besides the price. I should have just given the gift card I had as a gift instead. The staff was nice though. I’ll probably go back if I get another gift card for here.

Ordered online tonight. Arrived waited for 15mins at curbside pickup as sign says to relax and wait. So we did. I watched through window 4 workers in the checkout room just talking looks like including manager.

We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people. Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. The food was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient! Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic!
