Went to eat, wife went to order food and went to get a table. We were only customers inside, every table was dirty…workers standing around talking….went up to tell wife let’s go when she’s already to leave frustrated no one would take her order…I hate to think what the cleanliness was behind the scenes….won’t be back.

I’m not the biggest fan of Arby’s food, but the place looked nice, had good decor, and was well-kempt. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of the employee Isaac. He was super patient when my party was indecisive on an order, and helped me not only get ketchup packets when the machine wouldn’t work, get a 2nd to go bag after one of them was kind of defective, but I asked him after we ordered if I could just get pickles in a sauce cup because I forgot to order them and he actually hooked me up. Isaac best fast food service!

Stopped in yesterday between the 2 of us got a Jamocha shake- delicious! A buffalo chicken slider and a turkey club meal. Had EXCELLENT SERVICE! Food was done correctly & HOT! The person who made my jamocha shake asked if I wanted whipped cream & Thank goodness he asked! I forgot to tell him I am allergic! He said That’s why I ask! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESTAURANT was VERY CLEAN!!

I’m stopped in there to get some lunch. I went through the drive-thru and it was not crowded I got through there pretty quick and my order was right. It was amazing though I pulled up to the window and had my credit card my hand and said hello and the cashier working the window took my credit card rang me up, give me my receipt and food then close the window. They never said a word, not a single word. I don’t understand why some people working customer service if they can at least say hi back or have a great day or something. Over all it was a good lunch.
