I normally love this place but the service was terrible today. I had to repeat my order to the short girl taking my order 3 times, and though annoying, it wasn’t what made me want to post a review. When she called my number, she left it on the counter and walked away. I had ordered a horchata as well and it wasn’t there. When I brought it up to her, she said “well, we’re out so it’s gonna take a while. Do you want to wait?” Yes, because I freakin paid for it. She made what a normal pleasant experience something awful by just her “service” alone.

I would normally give it a 5 star bc I love this place and never have any issues but as I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this out my experience today was not it. I called in an order for a breakfast burrito at 10 a.m and get here by 10:30 and my order isn’t ready (which is okay I normally have a lot of patience) and had a few others walk in and order as I’m paying but how is it that they all get their orders and leave before me and it takes until 10:45 to get my order? They weren’t so friendly either. Not to mention the other orders were bigger than mine. Someone had 4 burritos, another had 3, and someone else got 1 but they all came after me and ordered as I got there and paid….I’m never picky or mean but it doesn’t take that long to make 1 burrito that was ordered at 10 a.m…

I got a DoorDash order and I felt so bloated after eating I thought it was normal until I woke up in the middle of the night and got violently ill. I haven’t slept since and my stomach is cramping terribly, I thought I overate maybe but it just hasn’t stopped this is the most pain my stomach has felt in awhile

This place is cozy with lots of parking available. I like their salsa bar with fresh carrots. Love their fish tacos and soda refilling station. Staff are friendly but orders take a bit longer than expected.

One just has to make sure they order the right food in the correct days. The meat can be way to salty. But the green salsa is top-notch. I have never had bad service. But I do know others whom have. Still, this is my go-to spot for some taquitos.
