Of the three workers that worked there only one greeted me. That was the cashier. Georgette. She said “Whatchu want” rudely after I said a friendly hello. Then after trying to order the Mac n cheese she and another worker said that it’s frozen. So I asked does that mean is there a wait on it and she just repeated that it was frozen. So I just got something else. The service was fast and the food was pretty good. But the service was trash.

I am a frequent customer of Melt at other locations. Went to this location couple months ago and it absolutely sucked. Asked for vegan options of 2 sandwiches, we got bland, flavorless, dry food. After talking to the manager we got our money back. Won’t be coming back!

Big bread sandwiches with melty cheese. For a slightly lighter meal get a half-sandwich and a salad or cup of soup (salad is yummy and soups usually are too.)

The sandwiches I have at melt are always good, same with the fries. It is a lot of food and it’s kinda greasy, so be prepared for that, but it is good none the less. Also just because this is in a food court it isn’t as good and doesn’t have as many options as a full fledged melt.
