My experience the day I visited was ok. I went inside to order because after reading some reviews posted here I wanted to see for myself. The wait staff was courteous and it wasn’t very busy when arrived. The honey chicken was just being set out so it was freshly prepared. I noticed that the super greens was not available. I had a buy one get one free coupon for bowls. The other dish I ordered was orange chicken for my daughter. I also purchased crab ragoon which wasn’t sweet but salty. My first visit ever and I think I’ll stick with authentic Chinese food.

Went thru the drive thru today. I was told to.pull around they would bring it out. I pull around 3 other cars are waiting. I wait 15 minutes b4 going back inside to get my food. Obviously the veggies rolls and rice were already plated cause the rice was cold and the veggie rolls were mushy. If the employees were inside the restaurant instead outside in their car we might have gotten our food cooked and out in a timely matter..

Ordered online through Dapper Deliveries – order was supposed to be delivered within 34 minutes – had to wait over an hour for delivery. Ordered a plate and food was sent in tiny boxes – about half of what you would have received on a actual plate serving and food was not hot. Asked for sweet and sour sauce – received none. I’d skip delivery from Panda – if you can’t go in to make sure your order is correct – I’d skip Panda all together.

Placed a take out order on the Panda Express website a few days ago and showed up at the recommended time to pick it up. The line was backed up to the door when I arrived so initially I thought it was good to have ordered ahead. Walked up to the register under the online order pickup sign and the lady told me it would be a couple more minutes on my food. Ok, no problem. As I waited beside the register they would occasionally look at me and then go back to filling the walk in orders. Eventually everyone who was in line when I arrived had their food and the staff was working on orders for people who had arrived after I got there. After being purposely ignored for right at 20 minutes, I finally had to just leave and go back to work without any lunch or refund. If you’re wanting to order food that you can actually eat, look elsewhere because online ordering for this place is a scam.

The wait is too long. They tell you to pull around and there is no where to pull to, then you’re in the way of cars coming in and out. They say 5-10 min, it’s more like 20 min. Oh and now as they bring the food out for the car behind me, they ask for my receipt to see what I’m waiting on. 30 min wait for sesame chicken. Rice is hard and cold.
