My family and I have gone to this establishment on two seperate occasions, once for dinner and once for brunch. Our dinner experience was mediocre. The sizzle stone makes for an interesting gimmick but a subpar steak by the time you reach the last few ounces. The side sauces were cheap and took away from the taste of the beef instead of complimenting it, which in this case was not such a bad thing. The service was acceptable but nothing special. All in all we felt it may have been an off night and so warranted another visit. The second occasion, the brunch, was a disaster. We called ahead to make reservations and to confirm we could bring a small cake to celebrate several family birthdays and all was confirmed. Upon our arrival, we were informed the cake was not permitted on the premises and if we didn’t like it we could leave. The food consisted of instant mashed potatoes, frozen entrees, fake eggs and the like slathered in grease with a cardboard consistency. It was bad enough that all in attendance were joking about why we were the only group in the establishment. The service in this occasion was awful and the host was outright rude. As we were preparing to leave, another group entered also carrying a cake and were permitted entry. Upon querying the host, he dodged the question and herded us to the door. I would highly discourage anyone from patronizing this establishment. The food quality is mediocre to poor, the prices are much to high for what you receive and customer service is far from a strength. Caveat emptor!!

I want to first start out saying I have been there a couple of times with no great experience with any of them. I was there last night ONLY because I was given a gift certificate. I went with my whole family. The staff was extremely rude. Anyone who has children know how particular they can be. Although they have a decent kids menu it is nothing my child would eat. So I asked if they could make a grilledcheese as the answer was no. (I could understand that if they were busy, but it was just us and 1 other couple in the palce). So I let him order a desert so he could eat something. He absolutly would not touch it after the first bite. When I tasted it I understood why, luckily my parents happen to have some doritos in the car so I brought him in a couple. I was then approcahed by the manager or the owner I am not sure and was told “WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD IN OUR PLACE! THERE IS A SIGN BY THE DOOR WHEN YOU COME IN!!!” Really? It is a few doritos and I just bought my 5 yr old a $5.00 piece of nasty cake! and you want him to sit here with nothing! I was about ready to walk out! I am sorry children are people too! It is not like I walked in there with a McDonalds order and not willing to buy his dinner from thier establishment.

Much better quality steak than just about any chain steak place (Outback, Long horn, etc), and you can cook it to exactly how you like it!
