I don’t do reviews unless my experience was trash or excellent. This was trash. Why ask what sauces if your gonna give people what you want to anyway? The only reason the food is any good half the time is because of the sauce ♀️ otherwise it has zero flavor and taste. Don’t hate the Playa hate the game. Do better.

I just went and got the garden salad with Buffalo chicken and I added black beans to it….HANDS DOWN the best salad I’ve had in a very long time. I eat at tropical grill often and the service and food is always amazing and consistent. 100% recommend

Foods always good as long as they don’t over cook the chicken. However men’s restroom could use a changing table. I’m just glad they were not busy as I used the changing table in the ladies room. (After checking to make sure bathroom was empty)

The staff here are the best. My husband and I came in 10 minutes before close, and everyone was so friendly. They made us food to-go despite the fact that they had already cleaned most of the kitchen. I can’t say enough great things about this TG location!

I have to say I’m glad I decided to try this place for a second time. The first time I tried and got one of the classic bowls with sweet mustard curry sauce & plantains the chicken was very bland, however I decided to give another try since every restaurant has a bad day. So this time I got the tropical chicken sandwich without ham, fries, plantains, and classic chicken bowl with jalapeño garlic sauce. The cashier was extremely helpful in describing the menu and what to get! My food was very hot thanks to the cashier bringing my food out to the car very thankful being that it was raining. The chicken sandwich was piping hot and delicious, the fries crisp & hot, well seasoned. The classic bowl was good with the addition of the jalapeño garlic sauce but the chicken by itself still tasted a little bland. Overall the food was good so I would recommend based on the portion size you get for the price and taste.

Like the review before mine said, the only thing that makes this food anything special is the sauce. After dealing with the rude people in the drive thru and waiting 20 mins for food when there was literally no one else besides me there I got my food and drove home to find out none of the 4 sauces I paid for were in the bag… Blandest meal I ever had without the sauce.
