I did rate it a 5 star from my first visit. This time the employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. The food wasn’t the same quality nothing worse than sitting at a wet table as well. Last visit was July 21st

Man, do I love a good burger. I had one off the “originals” menu and it didn’t disappoint. Very filling and flavorful. Next time, I might try the peanut butter burger. It was a little later than I normally eat, but the restaurant seemed slightly understaffed.

Honestly, I’d give them 4 stars across the board. Both of our burgers were definitely overcooked, but the toppings seemed to be high quality, the buns are AMAZING, and the fries are truly top-notch. While I don’t know if either of us will ever get another burger from here, we’ll DEFINITELY be back for happy hour and give some of their other sandwiches a shot (their chicken sandwiches and Philly’s looked really good). I’ll update this review and give them a star back if we’re impressed with the other sandwiches .

On Saturday 8/5/23 my brother was here from out of town. so we decided to do a siblings outing ( 4 of us). We decided to go to Mugshots around 8:30 pm. First when we got there around 8:45 they rushed to seat us and then proceeded to let us know that hey close at 9:30. The waiter came and took our drinks and appetizers orders. After delivering the appetizers we gave our food orders. We sat for about 15 minutes before someone came to the table to inform us that they didn’t have enough pasta to fill the 3 orders that was placed. The person ( we didn’t know who she were) suggested that we split the pasta between 2 orders that means 2 of us will get half a serving of pasta. My question is why we weren’t told that right after or before we placed the order. I’m sure the kitchen knew exactly what they had on hand when the order came back. We didn’t find out about the closing of the bar until we tried to order shots before leaving, it would’ve been nice to know before it closed. They told us they close at 9:30 pm, but has we were leaving people we noticed that the sign on the door said 10:00. The appetizers and the drinks were great. We had a very nice server.

Stopped into the bar for a drink. I wish I knew the bartender’s name so I could pay her a public compliment (bartender on 8/26/23 midday). She was so sweet. The great service and conversation made my wife and my afternoon!

Be prepared to wait for a while – they are very short staffed. The bartender is also waiting tables. All the staff are super apologetic and kind, but we waited about an hour to get our food. Fried pickles were…..okay. Burgers were fantastic. Perfectly cooked and the buns are soft and fresh. If they can fix the wait time, I’ll come back.

My husband called and asked me what did I want to eat tonight and I told him Mugshots burger and onion rings. I just ordered the same exact thing the day before and it was delicious. Tonight’s meal was a different story. First I want to start off by saying that I’m a restaurant manager and I’ve been in the industry for 19 years and still til this day I pride myself and preach to my staff about what comes out of our kitchen and if it’s something you wouldn’t feed your mom then please don’t let it go out of my kitchen. Next I’ve never did any type of reviews on anyone’s business (NEVER) I just don’t go back. My meal was horrible my burger was just like a charcoal brick and my onion rings barely touched the grease( Raw dough inside) Really. My dog seriously looked at me like really, I’m not eating that either so I worked all day for my guests and I come home to eat something quick and still had to cook me something to eat. So disappointed!!!! Wish I could attach these pictures.

Well, at least it wasn’t very crowded. I have been a fan of Mugshots, but last night was a bit of a disappointment. They, like most other restaurants, did not have the necessary staff. The manager came out an apologized and said he had only 1 cook and no bartender. Our waitress was nice, but the service was slow. The food was fine, but I was disappointed in the fried pickles. Mugshots was where I learned to love fried pickles, but last night they were not up to par. Maybe it was just an off night.

Great flavor in the burgers. Fries are fantastic, need to add salt but cooked great. Chicken Philly great as well. Service, well this is where I’d have to say is where it’s lacking. Ordered no tomatoes, got tomatoes, ordered ranch, after asking twice had to go get it myself. All in all it was worth it.
