I just had the best hamburger experience that I have had in literal years. My burger was really juicy (go figure), flavorful, and incredibly good. The fried pickles were utterly amazing and the fried green tomatoes were nostalgic, albeit a tad under seasoned – they needed salt. Even the beans were great! I loved the entire experience and I definitely plan to come back.

We have eaten here three times. Their burgers are very good! The fries have been barely warm and not very crisp every time. They have friendly service. The only problem is not really a problem. The first time, I asked if they had a senior discount and we were given free drinks. The second time, the lady said there are no senior discounts or drinks. I apologized and said we got them last time. She gave us a 10% veterans’ discount. The last time we were there, I asked the girl if there was a senior or veteran discount. She gave my husband a free drink. So there is some confusion there. However, we like the food and the service, so we will continue to est there.

This was our first time trying Jucys hamburgers ever. Everything was great. We went inside to order. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. We ordered to go. Our burgers was great. But I also got an order of fried green tomatoes. I have to say my expectation was low, but these things blew me away. These things was still hot & crispy after a 20 mile trip. Probably some of the best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had. This will be my new go to place. Keep up the great work.

I used the drive thru for my visit & this was my first. The burger was fresh, not frozen, and larger than expected. Good flavor. The fries were as expected, frozen, but there was a large portion.

Onion rings were good and the cashier was great! That’s about it.. most of our order was wrong, checked the ticket and it was right. They didn’t put chz on one burger that needed it.. she came back with unmelted chz.. why wouldn’t you melt it? Also off topic the women’s restroom is HUGE and has one toilet like they’re expecting a family reunion to go down in there. Dumb. All dumb.

Im sad to post this. I hate mayo on burgers !!!! repeated the order twice to order taker. she SAID NO PROBLEM. it was lunch time. Busy. got my burger and fries and drink. sat down and bite down on a mayo burger. was to be mustard and ketchup and all veggies. sick sick sick to stomach. gave it all back. no Apology given but wanted to remake it? But after me and my stomach was upset. I didn’t want anything….check your orders…. mayo loving burger place. WILL NEVER EAT A BURBER HERE. SO FAR EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD. Drove 100 miles round trip from Lake Fork because I love Jucys. Burger and rings were as good as ever but this location does not serve shakes or malts….the whole reason I went. Very disappointed .

We had the absolute pleasure of using Jucy’s Hamburger Catering from Gilmer Texas this evening for a family event. Denzel and 2 team members were awesome, the food was cooked at the site of the catering event everything was fresh and very tasty!! Denzel and team had alternative choices for different diet needs. The serving presentation was of the highest standards! The team was extremely professional and very polite! We will be using the Gilmer Jucy’s Catering again. Thanks Denzel and team
