I stopped in and ordered at the counter. The time frame of being done, because there were orders ahead of me, wasn’t going to work (they said about 20 min) so I finished the order and set up for my husband to pick up. When he arrived 15 minutes later, they couldn’t find my order and it wasn’t ready and he was told it would still be another 15. He had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait so he said no problem – and told them I would be back for it. 20 minutes after that I showed up to pick it up, and they told me they didn’t have an order for me. I said yes, they did because I physically went in and ordered it so it should be there (I was picking up in the drive through). He had to close the window and go check on it. I was then told that when my husband left they canceled the order. He specifically told them I would be back! The guy at the window apologized and said we were refunded for the order but they would make it for us still. Another 20 minutes! I already had to to back out of my way once and was late to where I needed to be so there was no way I could stay for it. Because of where i had to be, my kids went without dinner for another 2 hours (which is why I was grabbing pizza on the way).

I don’t know how to rate this? In town for work, staying at a hotel. Ordered pizza and wings. came about the time they said it would and it looks good. However I’m pretty sure the delivery guy was drunk! He said he went to the wrong room.

Super Stingy with toppings, I even paid for extra and still did not get chicken on every slice let alone extra. Happens with other toppings too then every time I come to this location and the one on Washington. Must be a greedy franchise owner or employees that are incompetent. For charging more than any location in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Jerome. I’d expect a lot more

Well I got hung up on 5 times and told it’s not there problem by the so called boss of the place just because I wanted my pizza because they called the wrong number and the person that answered the phone said they did not order a pizza. Well after they found out it was the wrong person I called and wanted my food the didn’t even give me a discount on the food after it was 2 hours late and cold o boy worst experience iv ever had and I used to work for them at one point in my life

I tried calling this phone number that you guys Domino’s has ordered you know four deliveries and stuff and to the store and it just goes straight to hanging up on me I don’t know what kind of business that’s runs I can call the other one but they won’t deliver to Blue lakes in twin falls and it’s like okay so they say call the Addison one I called the number and it hangs up automatically I don’t get no service or nothing so much for getting a pizza or anyting else

For a quick pizza place, I will choose Domino’s over the competition hands down. We always appreciate their pizza here. Good tasting, fast service and just nice friendly employees. Can’t beat the prices either. Thanks guys!!!
