Quality ingredients, tasty pizza and good service. The thin crust is VERY thin, so order regular if you want more food. I had the Veggie and my husband had the chicken Alfredo. Both were tasty and well prepared with generous toppings. We look forward to trying other pizzas on their regular crust.

Bunch of what appeared to be teenagers behind the counter sitting on all the kitchen benches and surfaces. Ordering was clunky. We said we wanted pick up at 530 (an hour later than the call) and he said it would be ready at 615. We asked why and he said because they were starting at 530. We said no we want it done at 530. Picked up and it was pretty cold. It had clearly sat for a while. Love hotbox normally but won’t be back to this location.

I was spending the night in Indy for work and went on the hunt for something new and tasty to have delivered to my hotel (I was too tired to go driving myself). Came across HotBox Pizza. Not going to lie, the name is what drew me in. After looking through the menu and seeing the orginiality of the place, I had to order. And I was not disappointed! Food was delicious! And the pizza box had Tootsie Rolls in it! I highly recommend to anyone looking for some tasty pizza. I’m lookong forward to coming back just to have their pizza again.

There’s a little room for improvement with customer service, however I was satisfied with the cleanliness and of course the pizza itself. We ordered the hippy (multi-grain) crust with veggie toppings and loved it! Would drop in again when in the area.

Was very impressed. This is very much Midwestern chain style pizza a la Domino’s, Pizza Hut, etc. That being said, it was very good. Loved the spicy pepperoni and hot honey, and the service was good as well.

This place has tasty pizza that I like since it’s not too thick or too thin. Personal preference but also, they have weekly specials for the pizza of the week, if I’m not mistaken and they’re tasty and can’t beat the price. I’ve always ordered take out and would give the 5th star but they’re very busy and how could they not be, so I’ve gotten a few things wrong. Minimal. Cheers to them

Awesome service, awesome food! Ordered the summer pie. Absolutely delicious! Real cheese. Additionally, their ranch dressing is superb. Got great service both on the phone and by the delivery guy. Professional, nice, funny. Pizza was delivered in 30 minutes EXACTLY. Only complaints: pizza arrived cold, & the price was fairly high for pizza (albeit delicious pizza). Overall, great experience! Definitely ordering again.
