Beyond disappointing! I pulled up to the drive through gentleman on intercom tells me “1 second please” I replied “no worries” 2mins later nothing… a car pulls up behind me so I say “hello?!” gentleman says “1 more second please” 1min later he asks for my order as I’m proceeding to give him my order he’s having a whole other conversation and once he’s done he’s ask for my order again. I ordered a # 13 and a small order of mozzarella sticks I also asked for my meal to be a medium. I pull up to pay, hand the gentleman my card after he’s done charging me he states “our receipt machine isn’t working… is that ok?” I’m confused as to why he wouldn’t have told me that before charging me? I tell him “it’s fine” they hand me my food. I should have known better and checked my order before driving off… I get to my hotel and realize my “medium” fries are half way full and my mozzarella sticks are still semi frozen… if I wasn’t so tired I would have returned all of it. Do better! STAY AWAY PEOPLE, NOT WORTH IT!

The day I went, there was only 1 guy working. He was doing drive-thru, counter, and cooking. So the restaurant was lacking in the cleanliness side, but that’s too be expected when there’s one person running the place. Food was still great, probably better than normal since the food was being cooked as it was ordered.

We have attempted to ear here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I say attempted because the jerk behind the counter, after waiting to order, told my husband he wouldn’t even take his order for at least 20 minutes. There were only a handful of customers at this point, and he had already waited 15 minutes because we really wanted Arby’s. We live 2 towns away, so this was very disturbing. He left without ordering. We tried again tonight, but same jerk is ignoring customers or telling them they have to wait. There’s nobody there! The food the first time was mediocre, and these last 2 attempts mean we will not be returning.

I give it a three because the food was a five. But I would give it a zero if I was rating just the Staff. That was the worst service ever. We went through the drive-through and ordered eight classic roast beef sandwiches and asked for extra Arby sauce. Pulled away and looked in the bag and we had zero sauce packets and half of our sandwiches weren’t even wrapped…they were barely put in the wrappers and none were wrapped properly. So we circled around and came back and went inside. Two workers came out from the back of the counter, break time I suppose, and wouldn’t even look at us and the person who was coming back from I suppose a break wouldn’t look at us either. As she walked by us, ignoring us, we told the side of (and then the back of) her head that we just went through the drive-through and asked for extra sauce, but got no sauce. She just kept walking. She went behind the counter over to the drive-in window picked up what looked like her cell phone and a few packets of sauce started back and said, “just sauce?” Worst service ever. But again the sandwiches were delicious. But if I was the manager of the store, I’d be cleaning some house. And no, they weren’t busy. There was no one in the drive-through when we pulled in. There was one set of customers inside when we drove around the front as we left. And when we came back, there was still no one in the drive-through and one couple walked through the door with us. There is no excuse for that type of service, even when they are busy, but these people were clearly not busy. And no, it wasn’t closing time either. They just have bad service. We drove 30 minutes, from Marble Falls, just for those sandwiches. We had no other business in town. We drove in just for those sandwiches. And let me just say again… The sandwiches were delicious, but the service was the absolute worst. I feel like giving a customer extra sauce (actually any sauce) and wrapping their sandwiches properly is just part of the job.

Quick and courteous staff. My fries didn’t taste fresh. There was crusty like food garbage stuck to my fries. They looked and tasted like the bottom of the basket. Sandwich was good, not enough condiment. Kind of dry, but still tasty. It could have been better.

Food was ok, roast beef was barely warm. The lobby is in disarray, the drink machine doesn’t work and there’s water all over the floor. There only appeared to be 2 employees working, one of which was on his phone when I walked in and looked at me with an annoyed look like I shouldn’t come in and order food. Customer service is nearly non existent and makes me weary of eating food from here. Disappointing since we don’t have but a couple Arby’s in the Austin area

Okay, my jalapeño and beef slider was good, curly fries were good, but the chicken, bacon and swiss was pretty disappointing. The chicken was way over cooked and a third of the size it used to be. Pretty much a dried up chicken jerky sandwich.
