Waited 45 minutes for Take-out order while other Customers came, ate, and left. Crispy chicken sandwich was soggy. Taco Salad beef was too GREASY to eat. Anyone who has worked a short-order place knows 10-12 minutes to get food to customer. 15 minutes is pushing it. 45 MINUTES for SOGGY & GREASY FOOD is unacceptable. Had planned to go to Bantam Chef for good food and service, but they’ve closed.

Took over an hour to get our food. Portion size for cost was very small I got the grilled chicken wrap when it came it was fried chicken then the wrap was half the size of what you would expect for almost $7 on top of that the fries were extra and there was only like 12 fries on the plate.dont know how they stay in business.

Waitress was rude to me and my friend, but was friendly to other customers. Our first interaction with her was her throwing the menus on the table without so much as word. She refilled our drinks once and then ignored us until I got mad and lost my appetite. When we went up to pay, she again ignored us and made us wait upfront for 5 minutes. This was my first time eating here. And unless I change my mind my last time.
